Dear friends and colleagues,
As 2013 comes to a close, we at Jarrett & Price want to express our gratitude to our clients who entrusted us to handle their legal matters, as well as our colleagues in the legal community. Our year has been filled with many exciting changes and successes, and we would like to share that good news with you.
January 2013 marked the beginning of a newly forged partnership between former solo practitioners, Patrick Jarrett and Ben Price. Attorney Patrick Jarrett is licensed in multiple states, has handled hundreds of cases in the court systems of coastal Georgia and north Texas, and has established himself as a resource other attorneys turn to when they have cases involving immigration and nationality issues. Attorney Ben Price has become a leader in the complicated area of healthcare reimbursements and medical liens and is often the person other plaintiff attorneys hire to ensure their clients are maximizing their recovery proceeds by limiting the client's obligations to repay liens and healthcare plans.
In April, the firm welcomed Andrea Jarrett to our support staff. As office manager, Andrea's primary role is to ensure outstanding customer service is provided to each of our clients and to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the services we provide. Prior to joining Jarrett & Price, Andrea gained experience in marketing and executive management while working at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her educational background in music and the fine arts gives her a creative and innovative approach to law practice management. In July, we relocated our offices to 327 Eisenhower Drive, occupying the 2nd and 3rd floor suites. Our new office features a beautiful conference room and reception area that has enabled us to better serve our clients.
Jarrett & Price also celebrated many successful outcomes in all of our practice areas, including multiple DUI dismissals, several misdemeanor shoplifting expungements, many successful naturalization and green card applications, a student visa re-instatement, a parole in place approval, numerous reductions in child support, several trials resulting in favorable custody arrangements and property distributions, many successful divorce settlement negotiations, and successfully negotiating more than $1 million in plaintiffs’ savings on healthcare and medical lien recovery dollars.
As we look toward 2014, we are excited to add additional support staff, as well as expand our services and grow our clientele. Referrals from friends like you are the lifeblood of our business, and we are grateful to everyone who has recommended our services to someone they know. Our mission is to provide confident, client-centered legal representation through a commitment to integrity and above all, excellence.
Once again, wishing you all a wonderful holiday season and many blessings in the New Year!
From all of us,
Patrick L. Jarrett, Ben Price, and Andrea Jarrett
