Don't want to fight? Call us about obtaining an uncontested divorce.

Our office handles uncontested divorces in Bryan County for as little as $500. An uncontested divorce is essentially a separation agreement submitted by the Court and signed off by a judge without any litigation. In Bryan County, we can often finalize your divorce without the necessity of ever going to court to have a hearing.  If all the terms of your divorce are agreed to at the out-set of the case, our attorneys will draft all of your documents and ensure that your divorce papers are enforceable and signed off by the Court as soon as possible.

What Should You expect in a Bryan County, Georgia Uncontested Divorce?
  • Our office will schedule a consultation. At this consultation, we will obtain all of the information needed to draft and prepare the documents for your case. Depending on the issues in your case, this can include terms regarding property division, child custody, parenting plans, child support alimony and any other issues of your marriage and divorce.
  • Once the documents are completed, you and your spouse will be given the opportunity to review and sign the agreement. Once everyone has signed, our office files your divorce complaint and submits all the necessary paperwork to the Court.
  • Any divorce case filed in Bryan County requires the payment of a $212.00 filing fee to the Clerk of Court.
  • Once the case has been filed, you could be divorced in as little as 31 days from the date of filing.
